Coinbase tests ChatGPT capabilities to verify ERC-20 tokens
Exchange Coinbase has published the results of an experiment with ChatGPT. The platform used a chatbot to test the security of tokens based on the ERC-20 standard.
During the tests the program was required to assess the risks of 20 projects. In 60% of cases the ChatGPT's conclusions completely coincided with the results of checking the exchange team.
As for the remaining 40%, the assessment differed significantly. In five out of eight cases, the chatbot made a mistake, marking a high-risk token as reliable.
The exchange noted that such error makes it impossible to integrate ChatGPT into the token audit process, but the technology has potential.
