Coinbase will close its Borrow loan programme in November 2023

Cryptocurrency exchange Coinbase plans to fully close its bitcoin-backed lending programme by the end of November 2023.

Participants in the programme are asked to close all obligations early. Coinbase's decision only affects retail customers.
