Etherscan unveiled Blockscan mobile app

Blockchain observer Etherscan has announced the launch of Blockscan Chat, a mobile app that will allow users to exchange messages between Web3 wallets for informational and social purposes.

According to the developers, sending and receiving messages is completely free as it is done offline.
