Producers' problems are being shifted onto the shoulders of consumers.
In addition to record price increases, consumers are faced with severe shortages.
The shortages are caused by many factors: a virus and pandemic restrictions in China, falling energy imports and the loss of profitability in the production of some items given the current prices for raw materials and energy resources.
