MicroStrategy founder Michael Saylor has lost his case in court regarding non-payment of income taxes and penalties.

In August last year, the District of Columbia sued Saylor, claiming he never paid taxes in the district where he lived from 2014 to 2022, and that his company MicroStrategy helped him avoid responsibility in any way it could.

The attorney general's office says he failed to pay taxes totalling more than $10 million.
