Mythical Games buys Ukrainian crypto platform DMarket
US blockchain game developer Mythical Games has acquired DMarket, a marketplace for NFTs and skins for gamers.
DMarket was created by Ukrainian businessman Volodymyr Panchenko. In the summer, he valued his company at $100 million (Forbes interview). The purchase price of Mythical Games was not disclosed.
The new owner will launch Mythical Marketplace 2.0. It is built on the Mythical Layer 1 EVM blockchain and will get its own MYTH token. Mythical and DMarket were jointly involved in this development.
