Renault's electric car business is worth $10 billion

Renault expects its electric car business to be valued at €10 billion in an IPO on the Euronext Paris exchange next year.

The business will be spun off into a separate company, Ampere, and the one related to combustion engines into Horse.

Interestingly, the market capitalization of Renault itself currently does not exceed $9 billion.
