Russia strengthens trade relations with former Soviet Union countries - RBC
Countries of the former Soviet Union increased exports from Russia in the summer not only compared to the spring, but also to last year. Trade growth was helped by Russia's reorientation of exports, as well as the strong ruble, which made supplies cheaper for importer countries.
In addition, settlements in national currencies increased significantly. If the trend continues, liquidity in currency pairs will increase, making it possible to buy currencies from the former Soviet Union at an attractive price.
