The Arbitration Court of Moscow invalidated the sale of Alexander Fedotov's company to Magomed Musaev of Forbes Russia in 2018.
The manager of one of Fedotov's companies appealed to invalidate the purchase and sale agreement due to "the sale of shares below market value".
The nominal value of the shares of the magazine was almost 69 million rubles, but in the transaction the price was only 500 thousand rubles.
