Tornado Cash co-founder added to US OFAC's SDN list

Roman Semenov, co-founder of scandalous mixer Tornado Cash, has been placed  on the US Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) SDN list.

*The SDN List (Specially Designated Nationals List) is a blacklist listing people, organisations and ships with whom US citizens and permanent residents are prohibited from doing business.
