Twitter investors sued Musk - Reuters

Twitter shareholders sued the billionaire for delaying disclosure of his stake in the company. According to them, Musk "saved" $156 million by buying a large number of shares in the social network without announcing it.

"By delaying disclosure of his stake in Twitter, Musk manipulated the market and bought Twitter stock at an artificially low price," the investors said in a statement.
