The Group will get 70% in these supermarket chains - one of the leading retailers in Eastern Siberia.

Krasniy Yar GC includes 226 "Krasny Yar" and "Baton" stores in Krasnoyarsk region, Tuva and Khakassia with the total sales area of 103.5 thousand square meters.

Slata" Group - 362 "Slata" and "KhlebSol" stores in Irkutsk region, Buryatia and Transbaikal Territory with a total sales area of 132.3 thousand square meters.
