Binance suspended BTC withdrawals twice in 24 hours due to network congestion

Binance announced that it stopped BTC withdrawals due to large amount of unfinished transactions.

It was the second case in 24 hours. Prior to that, the exchange froze withdrawals on Sunday for two hours. Now the withdrawal of the first cryptocurrency works in the previous mode, writes Binance.

To mitigate such situations in the future, the exchange also wants to implement Lighting Network.
